I really wanted to like this.
Leo's little frowny face was exhausting to watch, and the narrative choice to keep Mollie's perspective so vague raises questions about character depth. Despite being initially portrayed as competent and intelligent, her apparent lack of awareness or response to her husband's actions feels incredibly inconsistent. The film's three-hour runtime feels usless when the entire plot is basically revealed within 20 min. While Scorsese's meeting with the Osage community is great, the decision for the POV left me confused and unsatisfied. Lily Gladstone did wonderfully with what she was given.Translated from by -
