Look, I know this isn't a good film. But I found it silly and goofy and fun to watch. You know exactly what you're going to get with this. The women characters are more props than people: the main characters sexually assault two women and its brushed aside as just these goofy guys, the Black woman is really just there until she puts herself in danger to rescue…

I remember watching Speed when it first came out and thinking it was so ridiculous and terrible.
But I've matured. Oh, it is still ridiculous and terrible, but in the most entertaining ways possible. A stacked cast, cute leads, destruction and stunts that give Blues Brothers a run for their money. The pacing is perfect. The cringey dialog (particularly in that last scene) had me cackling. There's just so much to enjoy about this movie if you don't take it too seriously.
