  i really wanna love this, and i do appreciate the beauty of all of the very malick “nature is god” type shots, but man… idk. why does that little girl have such a distractingly thick brooklyn accent? why does every conversation feel like neither actor knows who’s supposed to speak first so they both speak at the same time? so many bizarre sound design choices too that read as more like accidents than artistic decisions. idk
