Laura Jean is a beast for making dumb high school decisions. This movie is very Netflix movie (derogatory). Stop trying to sell me Bubly with egregious product placement and start feeling like human beings made the movie like the first one.

This was not what I expected, but I enjoyed it overall. I liked the camera work and the use of colors and sets built a really cohesive feeling to the movie. Mikey Madison was super good, makes the whole thing work. Something about the ending didn’t fully work for me though. It also dragged a little bit in the middle to end portion.

Good Will Hunting 1997
Finally watched this one. Just all around really really good. Absolutely incredible performances by Matt Damon and Robin Williams rounded out with a good supporting cast too.
Ben Affleck was inconsistent in my opinion and some of the emotional beats and orchestral score by Elfman weren’t my favorites.
However, such a heartfelt story that is insanely quotable and memorable. Also the extensive use of Elliot Smith songs in the soundtrack is so up my alley. And really can’t stress enough how good Damon and Williams are.
