The Substance 2024
I really liked the substance! Was kinda terrifying. My biggest takeaway is that the pressure to look or be a certain way is obvs intense, but the pressure we put on ourselves can be even worse. Like Demi completely loses herself trying to chase an impossible standard, which just shows how important it is to understand who we are and what we value—outside of what everyone else expects from us. Wish Demi won the Oscar 😭

Pretty good, the gimmick with the zip at the start felt forced and a bit cringe to me, the storyline with Roxster is random but cute and the pool scene holds a special place in my heart.
