Thanks to Her 2020
would have had a lot of potential if the film wasn't marketed as a "personal journey", seeing as it was completely stolen from someone else's coming out story. not to mention the dull writing, lack of actual personal attachment, and blatant misunderstanding of lgbtq+ representation actually needed in media. everything but the writing was fairly solid.
