You think because your business is conducted on computers, that you aren’t slick with oil from the earth, that Mammon isn’t eating your soul piece by piece.
Dunno if I’m reading into it or not but given the religious dimensions of the film I love thinking that his injury in the beginning is him wrestling with Mammon and leaving with a limp ala Jacob. He thinks he’s won but he’s very wrong.

The Fall Guy 2024
I got to watch 2/3 of this last night and the rest of it just now. I thought I was souring on it a bit when comparing it to the perfect action movie homage, Hot Fuzz, but no it’s still great. The humor lands. It’s light and ridiculous. Just wonderful.
