    Set in sunny Miami and snow white Minnesota, this is the blackest of comedies. Every action that advances Leonard's position demonstrates the horrors of how we treat others and who succeed in climbing upwards. The way Leonard cruely tosses away Lila, and tells anyone who will listen that leaving her is the moral thing to do, was a particularly funny turn of events.

It's one of those precious few anthologies where the films really work together to teach you the rules of how to watch them, and the later films make you reexamine the stories that have already been shown. There's nothing but good things to say about this film.
