  Hard on the heart, really sickening thinking about it being based in reality. While this was really interesting I think that were it more focused around the Osage people’s perspectives the narrative would likely be more compelling to me than that of Ernst. I hope the positive response to this brings about bigger opportunities for native people to make more films about their own experiences and fill that gap. That being said it was really beautiful and emotional, and I didn’t think it felt too long
