Kingsman: The Secret Service, was a great film because it was shot and directed in such a unique way; to the viewer, it was something new. In "The Golden Circle", Matthew Vaughn tried to replicate his success from the first film by overdoing petty jokes and overly-intense/unrealistic action sequences. Wow... Best second act in a film ever. Will Poulter's performance is Oscar worthy, and the aesthetic is phenomenal. Beginning (first 20-25 minutes) is a bit confusing and, for the most part, did a poor job of introducing the setting. The third act brought the character development of one of the main characters into full circle. Fantastic film... period.
