This gritty, action film was much better than I expected. The cinematography and score, combined with the adrenaline paced action immerse you into the film. The Safdie Brothers certainly have a distinct style. Also, it's good to see Pattinson (& Stewart) moving farther away from the Twilight stigma.
"The only way to communicate how death truly feels, is through absence. Everything else is just fantasy". This film is such a wonderful dramatic experience! I'm not sure of this is based on a play, but it feels that way. Whatever I have to say about it means nothing, because if you have expierenced the death of a loved one, you will relate to this in however you react to one of the three sisters interactions. It simply needs to be seen! Several Oscar nominations on the horizon....
