Great adaptation. The manga came to life in a way I couldn't have anticipated. Really good voice work from the VAs. The experience felt complete.

Almost Famous 2000
Watched the director's cut many many years after watching the theatrical version. Liked the added context and layers to different characters that provided. That being said I did like the pacing of the theatrical version better, which made for a tighter storyline. Overall, still a wonderful movie and very different to watch as an adult vs a teenager.
