  It's just a good film, and I'm using the word "just" because I've noticed a lot of people getting very emotional about this one, as if it were the best of the year... But no, it's not. Simply a good film, with a somewhat showy, cheesy and "they-don't-want-or-don't-know-how-to-end" finale.

  The film portrays aerobics workout videos as if they were the Super Bowl. But they're not. At best, they're like the finals of a local curling championship. Not something you'd kill or die for.
