Watched this film at FrightFest Glasgow 2025...
This film was entertaining. A story that hasn't seen enough professional exploration considering how much hearing the story freaked Me out as a child. I felt as though there were some questionable ways of going about telling the story, however.
The Camera Style and use of language made it feel a bit more like an episode of "Game of Thrones" or "Merlin" rather than a movie... let alone an original.

If you are a fan of films such as "Knives Out" or "Shaun of the Dead", this film is an absolute MUST WATCH!
Superior casting choices made for an insanely entertaining watch and non-stop laughter from the entire audience!
Perfect balance of uneasy imagery and both compelling and hilarious dialogue!
Got a chance to speak to the Director Paul Boyd afterwards who made us feel So welcome in his presence and seemed more than happy to answer our many questions... can't wait to see more of "The Grog" in future projects!
