Told from the perspective of one of three daughters- her experience as an immigrant, the three girls' adolescence. A glimpse into her family, themes sprinkled in- peeling potatoes in their home wherever it is, a camping story, an unclear memory of elephants. It seems deeply personal yet felt disconnected.
