  This is the best film I've ever seen. Didn't know whether to recruit partners for a game of bridge or jump in the tub (in the end I did both). Dwain Esper hits another home run.

  Careful was the first Guy Maddin movie I ever saw. I'd read a glowing review in the British zine, Shock Xpress and it sounded interesting. It hadn't been released in the U.S. yet but I landed a copy via Video Search of Miami. When I saw it I had to scrape my jaw off the floor with an industrial-strength spatula.
