loving garlic is joie de vivre that’s so true!! here are some of my favourite garlic-forward dishes!
— eggplant, fried then pickled with garlic, green chilli and cumin
— fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, and fresh basil, finished off with olive oil
— shrimp scampi
— braised green beans with tomatoes, 12 cloves of garlic (6 whole, 6 minced), olive oil, 7 spice
— just a classic tomato sauce
— confit cherry tomatoes, using half a head of garlic, coriander seeds and rosemary, slow cooked in a bath of olive oil
— anything involving mushrooms and butteryum!!!!
