Ne Zha 2 2025
Ne Zha 2 is practically the third act of Ne Zha, but for almost 2.5 hours, and with even more locked-in animators. Whatever they're paid, triple it.
Amazing visuals, soundtrack... just beautiful. There were just a few too many relationships that were introduced and weren't entirely fleshed out. For that reason, I'm a Ne Zha 1 truther.
Regardless, somebody get me a Chinese citizenship. I need to see Ne Zha 3 asap fergie.

Cure 1997
This movie kept popping up all over Reddit threads (namely, Longlegs threads). Man, what a disappointment.
Great ratings, seemed to be right up my alley, and yet really had nothing going for it. Just bad pacing and a story that was very unengaging.
Who would've thought I'd find something more boring than TKOASD.

Loved the sound, even at my theater from the 1990s. Cool ideas throughout, a little goofy at times, but a fun time overall. More Hunter Schafer please.
At a 1h42m runtime, you'd usually come out wishing the movie was longer -- but this one probably could've benefitted from a more concise edit. And maybe less George Lucas influence.
