jaw dropped on the ending.. the way jiyong's eyes were filled with rage and madness when he realized despite all the efforts it was impossible to reform the system all by himself.. and all he could do was not take the oath and bow to the corrupted system. insanity. nam joohyuk the actor that you are!!!!!

a cinematic masterpiece plus good writing equals AN IMMACULATE EXPERIENCE. one of my favorite things about this show is the writing of the characters! i love how they made nakado, who suffered too much because of his past, doesn't choose to be a good person all the time. the characterizations feel so real and humane, and in contrast to the title, it just feels natural. the characters here look like the kind of people you usually work and hang out with. ALSO... PREACH TO SHOJI MIKOTO MY FAVORITE GIRL FRIENDS!!! FEMINIST ICONS!!!!! how i wish i could watch this for the very first time again
