One character astutely notes that illusion is always simple. Reflecting on Nolan's filmography, I realize his grand illusions – think Interstellar and Inception – are just clever distractions. The real magic lies in subtle, psychological thrillers like The Prestige, where the truth is expertly concealed in plain sight.

Ayushmann picking a taboo subject for his debut movie? we gotta stan c’mon. Really missing this era of new age bollywood where it took risks and made experimental commercial movies without caring less about the financials and ✨what works at the box-office✨. I can praise Ayushman and Yami for their authentic acting all day but man, Annu Kapoor is the one who CARRIED this movie. The side characters also nailed their roles. Also, I recently found out John Abraham produced and backed this film 😭 what a legend.
