Ran 1985
One of the saddest movies i’ve seen in a while but also some of the most introspective dialogue I think I have ever heard. The colors are absolutely insane, every shot has purpose and meaning. I have always loved movies who are faithful too history, everything was damn near perfect, the samurai warfare along with a truthful representation of religion and tradition was absolutely beautiful.
