Strange Darling 2023
I was really into this until the weird “anti-me too” scene with the two cops. It real took me out of the movie and seemed really unnecessary. Also “the twist” people keep talking about is pretty well telegraphed early in the movie and not that surprising.
I did like the acting and the non-linear story line worked well here. I’d love a movie about the “mountain people” couple.
