    Ralph Fiennes is so good in this, he's scummy but lovable and quick witted, Angela Basset is badass, Juliette Lewis is tragic, but who the hell thought anyone with eyes would buy that wig on Tom Sizemore?     Holy shit. This made me feel bad for siding with Father Moore in Exorcism of Emily Rose. I loved the juxtaposition between the true horror elements that slowly drove up the tension, and the supernatural elements that provided the best jump scares. It was beautifully shot, performed, and edited. And it was very well-balanced. It's definitely a drama but the horror elements drip with genre style.
