This film was, for me, an incredibly fun watch. Obviously a trailblazer of the psycho-horror/drama genre, it was a perfect example of an abstract collage of confusing elements that came together in a beautiful resolution. Films that provoke critical thought, but still intentionally take you on a journey of confusion are so fun, making this an easy recommendation for anyone who likes an “oooohhhhh” moment. I would, however, be doing the film an injustice to describe it as a difficult…
