  I feel a certain kinship to the green blob man. I think I would consider him my friend. We'd share a meal, split a bottle of wine and he'd make his noises. I'd laugh, "oh green blob man you are a crazy guy" and then our hands would touch... Gentle. It would linger, neither of us saying anything. Nothing would come of it but it would be something for us. A moment we knew as fleeting but so there it was un-ignorable. He'd gurgle the meal, make his noises and we'd let ourselves forget about it. Then, at my funeral, he'd make a beautiful, heartfelt eulogy.
