  I genuinely couldn’t stop hysterically nervous laughing for 15 minutes after leaving the theater as well as the last 30 minutes of the movie. Alien Romulus is one of the freakiest movies I’ve ever seen. I was completely enthralled from start to finish, but to be fair it was never joyous engagement. Rather it was utter disbelief at what I was watching. I thought I knew what I was getting myself into but instead it just got weirder and weirder…

  We overheard some guys after the movie saying they “didn’t understand it.” Here’s my PSA: if you take your man to go see Barbie and he DOESN’T UNDERSTAND IT OR HOW IMPORTANT THE MESSAGE IS, dump him. Phenomenal movie. Had me laughing and existentially spiraling. Ready to tear down the patriarchy❤️. I have never seen a movie like this in my life. So unique, creative, and bold. Greta outdid herself.
