like what they did the Frankenstein concept here. love myself a naive optimistic person who hopes to change the world. great concept, loved the absurdity, the humor, the performances, dialogues, set design and cinematography.
I think its neither a feminist masterpiece as some have claimed nor is it a deeply misoginyst film. tho even in the best reading of it, the male gaze is definitely there. i guess males, auteurs or not, can only think so much about women before giving in to the gaze
