I have the opposite of emetophobia. I love seeing vomit in film and TV. Thinking about a prop master coming up with the consistency and an actor with a tube in their mouth truly excites me. Anora, hands down, has the best vomiting I have ever seen on screen. It’s so gross, goes on for much longer than you’d expect, and the texture is thick and revolting. 10/10 vomit.

    Unstoppable

I love that the runaway train isn’t caused by a terrorist or a supervillain, but instead by a regular employee that made an enormous mistake.

Every time I fuck up at work, I will be returning to Unstoppable. If I make a mistake at my marketing research job, well, at least it’s not a runaway train, hauling highly dangerous chemicals, going through the most flammable towns in Pennsylvania.

    ★★

It’s a completely different viewing experience when you realize that this movie centers around New York City paramedics approximately 18 months after 9/11.
