  Starts off as a promising inquiry into how uniqueness and personal relationship fit into structures of hierarchy, ambition, growth and political rigidity, sadly devolves into a bit of an incoherent story by the final third of the film, evident by the whiplash turn of pacing and a ridiculously abrupt ending.

  And I don't care if it's "stripped down to it's essential meaning". Stop stripping down stuff and get to making fulfilling conclusions.

  With that out - it's pretty (ahh.. mostly)…
