Nanny McPhee 2005
Nanny McPhee was a whimsical adventure. The magic of nanny McPhee, the evil stepmother and the haunted mansion with the crazy aunt. I could t help but watch this film through my Childhood eyes. I was reminded of a time when my imagination was endless and every nook and cranny of my small world was magical. Those who dare call this cheesy I urge to look upon it with the eyes of a child and in there lies the beauty of this film.

Wow. What a film to say the least. Goosebumps on multiple occasions. I will say however. Far less impactful than the first one. Songs were bangers. Yet nothing that got me standing up. I also thought it was about 30 mins too short. Would have loved to see some more side adventures or development of new characters a bit further. The “new crew” seemed only to be there just because the ship was larger. Not much development into them. But overall defo give it a watch

Don't Worry Darling 2022
Wicked film with really cool aesthetic and cinematography. Florence Pugh is amazing as always. The film does a very good job of creating an unsettling atmosphere in a “conventional” setting. Only thing that let it down for me was harry styles acting in the big scenes. He can handle himself well in the role however the big emotional argument scenes I feel he is drowning in the acting a bit. Also slightly petty I know but the final car crash with the “oh no” from Jonah killed it for a little bit.
