  the algorithm listened in on my therapy session this week and was like “here’s a movie you’ve never heard of with an incredibly stacked cast and perfect soundtrack that will help u visualize ur future and feel better about the choices ur making to get there” and for that i am grateful

  everything I could ask for from this sequel!!! a beautiful depiction of how complicated feelings can be and how we need to feel them all, even the uncomfy ones!! was very excited to see the display of sense of self and developing core beliefs, and REALLY loved how they represented the panic attack.
