This film really surprised me. Very much went back to its roots with H R Giger art direction and the body horror that comes with it.

Actors were very good, and the writing too. Really fleshed out the characters and made them feel real and had you sympathise with them.

Also had some nuanced parts of the story which weren’t explained in big texts but had to be inferred which I really appreciated.

Can’t say much more without spoiling. 4 and a 1/2 stars, not 5 stars because something’s missing (not sure, might come back to this review).
