  It’s as if John Waters directed a noir version of Grey Gardens, with a murderous and incestuous mother and daughter. Shot in the 90s but a timeless look and excellent black and white cinematography.

  NOT THE FILM THAT IS BEING SOLD IN TRAILER!!!!

  Very different movie than what is shown in the trailer. The trailer shows the documentary to be about Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a Philadelphia abortion provider who really was running a clinic of nightmares. The actual documentary is basically a thinly veiled pro-life look at this nightmare situation.
  It ends with a very poorly added on coda of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Delaware, that was according to two workers not running…
