This movie was a waste of 83mins.... Yes I will admit it had some funny moments (mostly stupid). But overall it was very disrespectful.. not only to women but also men...And super racist!! Rogen talks about it being deep and meaningful and sure he likes to think it relates back to religion but it barely scratches the surface of that topic.. There will not be a re-watch of this movie.. Yet it will probably remain on the NBV's controversial watch list.
Compared to the first film of the original series, Empire Strikes Back is definitely a step up. Han and Princess Leia's relationship progresses into a love story which is quite a whirlwind from New Hope. Side note: Han is still just as cocky as ever... For instance his "I know" response to when Leia says "I love you".. WTF!!
By far my favorite film of the original series! The characters are much more developed and personable comparatively to the previous films. Lucas kept us on our feet with well crafted battle scenes in space and on the ground. One in particular is the battle on Endor, with the rebels and Ewoks joining forces.
