The coolest. Philip K. Dick-ian madness baked with wild action scenes, bizarro humor, and a not-so-covert social commentary that continues to remain uncomfortably relevant. Ralph Fiennes’s performance is so, so good: he succeeds in portraying a man whose swaggering freneticism acts as a thin armor for his deeper sense of dread and moral struggles.
