  Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II 1987

  Although this sequel has absolutely nothing to do with the original Prom Night, it is a stand alone hit. With nods to Carrie, A Nightmare On Elm Street and everything both 80's and 50's aesthetic- if you enjoy those films and vintage style, you will enjoy this movie. It's a fun ride with some great special effects (and some endearing not-so-great ones as well lol) - it's quintessential 80's horror fun! (With this movie my rating could go higher depending on my mood, because although it has its flaws, it also has excellent rewatch value!)

  First things first. You cannot multi-task and watch this movie and expect to enjoy and/or understand it fully. It's not hard to understand or figure out if you're paying attention.
