  This is a hidden gem in my mind. How have I never known there was a movie that comes before silence of the lambs… this movie has some great style and sex appeal. Would’ve loved more Brian cox screen time.

  Very fun sci-fi movie. Not similar to anything out there. Every character was unique- Ruffalo and Toni Collette stole the show. Not sure how people will react to this movie if they’re expecting another Parasite as it’s much closer to Okja.

  Double take thinking it was The Departed until I realized it WAS. Chinese OG movie that Scorsese fell in love with and had to remake. Fantastic movie and I love that it was under 2 hours. No need to make a good film 180 minutes long - f*ck that let’s make it 101 minutes. The Departed has some slight differences in soundtrack and builds on the relationship aspect a bit more. But overall the movies are extremely comparable minus the final scene.
