The idea that animals suppress their aggression and coexist because their survival depends on it resonated with me in every possible way— I found this movie both fascinating and deeply moving. I adored it.

Despite my bias as an M. Night Shyamalan fan, this movie left me puzzled. The plot is filled with so many improbable escapes that it borders on laughable. I'd like to think Shyamalan is in on the joke.
Nevertheless, shyamalan's enthusiasm shines through in this movie. The incorporation of his family into the film, along with his ability to keep me engaged throughout made it pretty clear he had a blast with this one.

Kinds of Kindness 2024
I'm still not entirely sure what I watched, but I know I enjoyed it. Yorgos clearly had a blast creating such an experimental film and it shows. My favorite aspect of the film was the score, all the notes were perfectly placed and truly elevated the experience. Although the film seemed pointless and unnecessarily weird at times, I had so much fun watching it.
