I have a bone to fucking pick with this movie: Pippin sees Faramir is a live. Says he's alive. Sure the steward of Gondor is too wrapped up in his grief to hear but there are six other people there. No one wanted to fucking check? Then hours later, the funeral procession: someone had to prepare the body. Are you saying NOBODY NOTICED? Somebody changed his clothes, cleaned his wounds, carried his body onto the slab, and nobody felt him…

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2001
So I’ve never seen the full extended edition before: so much more is explained holy shit. I liked these movies but I always thought some stuff was unexplained or a little off: the extended editions made everything make so much more sense. Like the original cut did such a disservice to Cate Blanchett and Sean Bean oh my god.
