Ichi the Killer 2001
The really gory scenes were kinda funny, but I have to say that I can't stomach the idea of punctures and needles all too well. A lot of the scenes involving Ichi not killing were sometimes more disturbing than the actual killings. Kakihara was the most interesting character, entertaining in his own despicable way.
