It's been a while since a movie evoked such deep feelings in me, keeping me captivated from beginning to end. I watched it breathlessly.
The acting was exceptional, surpassing what we often see in films. Hats off to Ethan Hawke for delivering such an outstanding performance, you are truly a star. However, I can’t say the same for Amanda Seyfried. It feels like she tends to play the same character repeatedly, which left her performance feeling less impactful.

Wtf did I just watch?? I might have rated this movie a bit too highly, but I watched it while high and was mesmerized by the cinematography and visuals. I should note that some parts of the movie incentivized drug use, while other parts were occasionally overwhelming and left my brain feeling like mush. Overall, this movie is an experience and a journey that depicts drug use from the perspective of two guys in the '70s. I LOVED IT!!!
