Captain America: Brave New World 2025
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Brave New World Order has everything you used to expect from a Marvel movie: action, virtually meaningless characters that are in to many scenes for too long without anything to do, jokes, mysterious characters that turn out to be good, snappy editing, a death fakeout, cameos, deep cuts, references, silly sidekicks, and a big final act action sequences. Now take all of that and turn the all the way down to just above a zero.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 2024
I liked some things about it but I don't think I liked Sonic 3.
I think kids deserve a better plot than what is going on here.
The music in this movie must have been picked by a roulette wheel. The Traveling Wilburys is not 50 years old.
Don't have the first words from your main character being mumbled though food if you want to respect them.
At several points in the movie it was clear that this exists to sell videogames rather than being a piece of entertainment that can stand on its own.

Thunderbolt and Lightfoot 1974
When the movie starts it is meandering and has no destination but at least it was fun. Once movie gains its footing and finds a purpose it becomes a boring slog. The best thing this movie has going for it the beautiful Montana landscapes.
