Is it entirely successful? Nope, not by a long shot. But it has enough odd throwback charm of those '80s and '90s movies whose reach exceeded their grasp and that were formative for me to bump this rating up a bit. Sadie Sink and Kelvin Harrison Jr are compelling screen presences and I'll be interested to see them in other projects.

12 year old me is still down for this type of lowbrow, minimally thought out action/horror hybrid. Only wish it had a bit more of a sense of humor about the preposterous goings on.

Ok, grading on a fairly large curve, but this was a decently produced little indie horror flick. It's a little unfocused in the first act and top heavy with characters, and there's a flashback device in play for one character that isn't as effective as it should be. All that being said, it was pretty engaging once the plot coheres and the threat is revealed and the action picks up.

3of 4 episodes watched so far. As a fan, this is an interesting retrospective of the band's career and ups and downs. A good amount of what's covered is stuff I'm aware of, but I think it's about as honest and self-critical as a promotional piece like this could be expected to be. The material discussing Jon's voice issues, surgery and recovery is especially moving.
