  Decent film but it lost a lot of momentum towards the end.

  Also where are the handling machines??? Possibly the most terrifying part of the story and nowhere to be seen.

  It's pretty good but very pulpy and melodramatic which isn't really my cup of tea. Ultimately it's shallower than it perhaps imagines itself, despite the laboured references to classical literature. You can tell it was adapted from a manga.
