Cried. The actors were great (not tweaking). The storyline was so-so— a bit fast-paced to the point where you wonder what you missed.
Personally, the only downside of this series is that they either overused or misused the song “California Dreamin’,” and I cringed so hard because of it. I get it, the director must’ve loved WKW a lot, but the way he just throws the song in as an outro or for some random-ass scenes is way too random.…
Crying on a Christmas Eve wasn’t part of my bucket list, but this film was so warm, pure and heartfelt.
It beautifully captured the emotions of longing and holding onto the memory of a loved one you can’t let go of. This movie will stay with me forever because of its beauty and sincerity. It showed me how clinging to the past can bring a sense of comfort, even amidst the pain, and how revisiting memories can provide more clarity…
My all time favorite film! Very lighthearted film with a great composition.
This is the type of film you wouldn’t get tired from watching every single day. Would just love to live in this kind of community farting all day!
Park Chan Wook just never miss! This is just one of his many other masterpieces! Brilliantly portrayed film with great cinematography! I started to like Kim Tae Ri even more after seeing her act on this film! Very promising indeed. This film will always be a part of the list for best east-asian movies.
