There Will Be Blood 2007
This movie is seriously fucking good. Daniel day Lewis as Daniel Plainview is one of the greatest performances I’ve seen in cinema and the rest of the main cast is just fantastic. Cinematography is unreal and the last few 30 minutes are just so so amazing. Mary reciting the sermon to HW in sign language was so adorable just unreal movie overall

Dune: Part Two 2024
Fair fucking play dune, I came here to hate watch cos the first movie was boring and I thought it was overhyped. But this was a genius movie with unreal cinematography throughout. First 2 hours were drab and felt super long but characters were interesting and plot kept me somewhat invested. Last hour was something else though, constant action and Paul becoming a legend. Final fight with the bald nazi also unreal, no music, no dialogue just hands. Chamalet had a surprisingly good performance asw. Overall best movie I’ve seen this year
