  I absolutely loved The Substance, especially the second half- it completely took things to another level.
    The body horror elements aren’t just shocking for the sake of it - they serve a deeper purpose, making you think about the cost of perfection and how far one might go to attain it.
    The second half truly shines. Every scene feels deliberate, and the tension keeps building until it becomes almost unbearable. The visuals are striking, the message is sharp, and the film doesn’t hold back in showing the dark side of our obsession with youth and beauty.
