Wow. This hit me in the deepest part of my soul. What a beautiful and real depiction of love across a lifetime. A brilliant portrayal by Andrew and Florence, what great chemistry and relationship they had on-screen; and what excellent writing. Makes me reflect deeply on time; what it means to do the things you love, with the people you love, and how to make the most of the time we’re granted. And to know, you have an impact no matter what and your story is never over, even after you are gone. An excellent story, a beautiful love, and a great film.

Liked the inclusion of cool jazz and old music, very interesting that it focuses on the trial of Arthur Fleck for killing Murray. Cool callbacks to the first movie w characters standing trial, also the evolution of what the Joker’s inspired by his actions into what we ultimately know from Batman… cool movie.

This movie is the pinnacle of good cinema that I compare most everything to. The quotability, albeit cheesy and juvenile at times, is immaculate. The music cannot be beaten. The action with animated space battles and lightsaber combat is unbeatable in any other Star Wars movie. Although I’m heavily biased to love this movie, and while I admit that if it were by itself, I would not favorite this movie, but in the context of the Star Wars universe, this…
