  class watch 1 - making me think i’ve never seen this because i don’t remember all that? seems dark for a kids movie but has a stellar cast and great music / visuals. reminds me a lot of black panther through the parallels which was cool.

  OKAYYYYY. 

  such a breathtakingly beautiful, gut wrenching movie. absolutely loved the stillness and domesticality of the cinematography and pacing. gives you so much to think about in its under 2 hour runtime (specifically in the second to last scene). the image really tells you everything, even if the characters don’t share any dialogue. gave such valuable insight into regret and ambition and the realistic ways your expectations might change as you get older.

  everyone needs to watch this because the storytelling was unreal. cinematography, camerawork and editing were moving & beautiful! the first person pov did so much for the characters and the story while showcasing the sheer amount of talent involved in making this film. so unique and deserved SO much more recognition in the awards circuit
