  i thought i was watching the 70's version for about an hour... the cargo pants and frosted tips should have set me off.

  But wow this movie is amazing. Almost all of the songs are very catchy, everyones outfits are cool and the mood of the film is great, and I think Judas' performance was especially well done.

  Went in totally blind and saw it on a whim at a theater. Blown away, this movie was so sweet, inspirational, painful. Made me want to go home and improve at my hobbies immediately. I liked that the main characters are pretty androgynous, I didn't even know Fujino was a girl until like 15 minutes in when someone refers to her. I wish it was longer, of course, but I do feel like it explored a lot of their relationships and the extra alternate timeline scenes were a nice touch. Beautiful animation style.
